Thierry Basque is the founder and CEO of Bluehome, an innovative Canadian company that stands out in the blue economy sector. Driven by a clear and sustainable vision, it develops artificial reefs to restore marine ecosystems, improve biodiversity and support coastal communities through responsible fishing.
Originally from Tracadie, Thierry grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. A graduate of the W.A. Losier School (1997) and holder of a Red Seal in Masonry, he founded Entreprises Bastech Inc. in 2014 and is also involved in Basque Construction Ltd., the family business.
In addition to his professional commitments, Thierry is a father of five children. He embodies deep values of work, integrity and solidarity, which he passes on to his family and team.
